Please bring your children to school by 9:45 AM and let us make use of the limited class time as effective as possible. 2) Deepavali Celebrations at CTA Fremont CTA Fremont will be distributing Sweets during this week’s class to celebrate Deepavali. Please make your children wear our colorful traditional dresses on this day to Tamil school and talk to them in Tamil about Deepavali festival. 3) Thanks to Volunteers Thanks to all parents for your support and involvement in making our Halloween celebration a grand success. Thanks for your generous donation of candies. Kids and Parents enjoyed the event. Thanks to Subha Rajesh and her team and all those who helped with this activity and photos. Thanks to all volunteers and Thayumanavan and his team for helping to conduct the Fire Drill at our school. Thanks to all teachers for their cooperation. 4) Check the log book entries We have now completed two monthly tests for Adv Basic, Grade 1 to Grade 7 and HSCP classes. Parents are requested to check their children’s log books and any entry is missing, please get in touch with your class teachers and make them to enter the marks in the log book. Other class parents also need to review the log book for knowing the children’s Tamil learning progress. It is important that you talk to your child’s teacher and your interaction with teachers would be useful to your children and for the teachers also to know your feedback about teaching, syllabus etc. 5) Front side parking is only for Teachers The front side parking at Irvington High School is reserved for Teachers only. All parents are requested not to park in the front parking. You may drop off your kids in the front side if the kids are in the higher grades who can manage to go to the class rooms on their own. Others are requested to park in the side bigger parking lot and walk the kids to the class rooms. 6) Please cooperate with Traffic Volunteers. All our traffic volunteers are also parents and they come forward to help our school for our own safety. Please follow their instructions. While picking up your kids, kindly park your car in the parking lot and walk the kids with you to the car. Kindly help to avoid traffic problems. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated. 7) TVA Certificate classes: CTA Fremont is conducting the classes for the TVA certificate courses. TVA class time is between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
