#CUSTARDPUDDING Ingredients: Caramel: 4 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon water Pudding: 2 eggs 1 cup milk (liquid) 5 tablespoon sugar Procedure: 1. Caramelize the sugar and pour on greased desired moulder. 2. Pudding, heat the milk for 3 min. Just until warm. 3. In another bowl, lightly beat the egg and add on sugar, then gradually add little by little of the milk... ( dont pour directly on the egg mixture coz if we do that we will have a scramble egg.) 4. After mixing strain it through strainer to remove any lumps.. 5. Pour into each moulder and cover it with aluminium foil. (to keep the moisture of the pudding). 6. how to steam.... :-) use a frying pan and place a towel or paper towel over it, then place the cup slowly and add hot water on the pan. ( just half inch across the bottom of the cup.), cover it and cook for 20 to 25 min. In a low heat.. Why we tend to steam that way? So that we can gently steam the pudding....
