CUSTOMER SALES AND SERVICE REP Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities Quote and make appropriate changes to insurance policy coverage, drivers and policy level data Provide systems support to agents Conduct policy calculations – math skills are a must Process policy reinstatements according to underwriting guidelines Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve problems Recognize that every call presents the opportunity to retain good business by providing service to agents and policy holders on policy coverage for changes to existing lines or products Having the capacity, ability and desire to learn and assist with tasks/assignments. Education/Work Experience/Knowledge: High school diploma required Associates degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience Experience in sales a plus Adaptable to change and dynamic environments Ability to multi-task in a dual-monitor environment Proven critical thinking ability Strong organizational skills Demonstrated willingness and desire to be coached Licences preferred Job Specific Technical Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated resiliency in high volume environment and stressful situations Strong desire to create a positive customer experience Change management/resilience Accountability Analytical thinking Relationship management Judgment/decision-making Teamwork Leveraging differences Communication Ability to operate in constantly changing environment Experience in MS Office required Physical Requirements: Requires extended periods of computer use Requires extended periods of sitting Schedule M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 20-30 hours per week can turn into Full time for the right Candidate Must be able to pass Drug screen and Criminal Background check Apply online at integraba or email resume to Alexandrabaxter@integraba
