CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, SEASON TICKETS Queensland Theatre Company is seeking applications for the Customer Service Team. Applicants require high level communication skills, excellent attention to detail, experience in a customer focussed environment, the ability to work in a dynamic team and a friendly, positive attitude. Knowledge of the arts and experience working with ticketing systems is an advantage, however not essential. Data entry and keyboard skills are also required and applicants may be required to undertake a proficiency test. Team Members will be employed from 3 October 2013 until 17 January 2013 working (as per the needs of the business) up to 38 hours per week. Preference will be given to applicants who are available for the full period.
