CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE/TRAINEE (Mid Valley) Responsibilities: Handle day to day Sales order processing using SAP EPR system, Customer Service - coordinator for order fulfillment to customers located in Malaysia and the SEA region, ensure supply Chain of product to customers proceed as planned. Requirements: Candidate must possess a Degree from recognized university or diploma holders with min 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. IT competency in Microsoft office application. Knowledge on SAP - ERP application & Lotus Notes will be added advantage. Proficient in English (both written & spoken).
