**** CUTE PUPPY ALERT!**** Take a look at this sweet little girl, MERROWS, and she’ll steal your heart. Under a year old, she was in good health when she got to Manhattan ACC but after sitting in that cage for 5 days, she caught the dreaded “shelter cold”—that’s a direct line to tomorrow’s euthanasia list. It isn’t every day that such a great pup comes along---MERROWS is great around kids though being a big kid herself, she might still be a little rough around very young kids. She’s almost completely housebroken, crate trained, loves brisk walks on a leash, doesn’t care if somebody takes her food and her toys, and fine with other dogs. And all that and more is supported in her behavioral eval which she aced with all 1’s and 2’s. Tonight, MERROWS is still wondering why she’s in that cage and is pleading for someone to take her out. If you’re the one to answer that plea, be prepared for a great puppy who will give you years of happiness and loyalty and a gazillion doggie kisses. If you’re the one then start working on fostering or adopting MERROWS. But it has to be tonight—at noon tomorrow, ACC won’t consider how beautiful she is, how wonderful she is, how sweet she is—they’ll just make her gone forever..
