Cabbage Casserole 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained 1 head of cabbage optional 1 small onion optional 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can tomato soup salt and pepper to taste Heat oven to 400. In a 9 by 13 baking dish cut up cabbage. Layer beef over the cabbage. Add onion, pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Mix tomato soup with half a can of water and pour over all. Cover and bake until cabbage is tender. Usually about 1 hr.
