Cabbage Creole 1 head of cabbage 1 container of fresh mushrooms 1 Stick butter Cook together with seasoning. . I use salt pepper and garlic.. Cook just till it starts getting tender. . And drain half liquid off. 2 lbs hamburger meat 1 large onion 1 large bell pepper Season with same seasonings cook till hamburger is done. . I drain most of that. .. Mix both together and add 1 regular rotel 1 cream mushroom soup 1 cream cheddar soup 3 cans Miller Beer.. DO NOT USE ANYTHING BUT MILLER. . I Dont Drink it either but I cook with it. . Let it cook down for 45 minutes or so.. till your cabbage is soft enough but not to over cooked
