Cable Tricep Kickbacks... Traditionally performed using a Dumbbell I prefer using the cables as you are able to get continuous tension on the lateral head of the tricep. If you dont have a set of chains like these at your gym you can still perform the exercise unilaterally using a rope or at the attachment point itself.
