Cadillac has announced a new naming strategy for its future models. All car models will use CT plus a single digit-number, while all SUVs and crossovers will use XT plus a single-digit number. The model that will inaugurate the new nomenclature is the CT6 sedan, known as Cadillac’s range-topping sedan. The new names will not be introduced all at once, but phased in as models are replaced or newly launched.
