Cairo is such a city of contradictions. lool Today I went to the park to take Kino and let him off leash. We dont have dog parks there is only one in all of Cairo apparently and its at a high end sportsclub that costs some crazy fee like 500,000 Egyptian pounds a year or something. So we have a small roundabout where I take kino, and when I arrived there was a woman sitting in a lawn chair, and she ordered shisha from the shisha place across the street. So the guy who does the coal is standing next to her, with her shisha, preparing it. She has 4 pugs around her off leash, and two phones. And she is just chilling. She was wearing glitter platform sparkly silver shoes, and skinny jeans and a tshirt and nice daytime make up. In contrast to me, with my baseball cap, running shoes, no make up and big tshirt. loool And kino of course would not leave her or her dogs alone so we had to leave after about 10-15 min. because I felt so bad for her and her dogs. lool Kino is a disaster. I wish I could have taken a pic of her. It was so funny. Especially with her shisha and two phones and she was on the phone the whole time, while her dogs are jumping on her, trying to get protection from Kino who towered over them. hehe I also went to the orphanage to make my first donation for the fix up and ran around town in the car. I have to say, I dont think I will ever get used to driving in Cairo. OMG!!! you have to have nerves of steel! If you ever want to work on your bravery skills, come drive in Cairo. After that, you will think you can accomplish anything! loool
