Cal Poly Pomona Students, It was time to make a little change in the world; it was time to bring value to the people of skid row. On November 22, 2014, The Real Estate Association had the opportunity to volunteer for the Thanksgiving Celebration for the Union Rescue Mission. This non-profit organization is dedicated to serving men, women, and children experiencing homelessness. They provide comprehensive emergency and long-term services to their guests to help them escape the dangerous streets of Skid Row. It was remarkable to see a group of people work together as one to help humanity. Experiencing this event was so powerful! It really opens your eyes to the real world! As we live our daily lives as students, we can make a difference together. Luckily, our board talked to the VP of the organization, and she would love to come speak to all of you guys! She is also willing to give us a tour of the whole mission! We will prompt information throughout the college of business next quarter! This is your chance to make difference. This is your chance to make change. #URMTHX The REA Board: President: Carlos Silguero Vice President: Andrew Park Treasurer: Jessica Cabrera Marketing Director: Gaurav Vashishtha International Relations/UBSS: Nabil Rasyad Alumni Guidance: Connie Chung, Bryan Ramirez, Michelle Liu Advisor: Gerd Welke High Level Reference: Jen Moore, Matt Moore Check out the Union Rescue Missions Website and Donate! -------------------------->>>> >>>>> >>>>>> >>>> urm.org/ Our Website: https://cpprea.wordpress/ Facebook: https://facebook/CPPrea?ref=hl Contact: reacpp.president@gmail youtu.be/MH44POArklg
