California coroner identifies Parker man as victim in fatal aircraft crash Parker Pioneer... Sunday morning as 59-year-old Jeffery Bline. Bline was flying his aircraft southbound over the Colorado River when he struck power lines, lost control of his aircraft and collided with the ground near Echo Lodge Resort in Parker Dam, Calif . The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department has identified the man who died in an Ultra-light aircraft crash Sunday morning as 59-year-old Jeffery Bline. Bline was pronounced dead at the scene. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Aviation Division was investigating the incident.
