Position Functions or Responsibilities: Looking for energetic people for full time call center position. Main responsibilities include answering first level inbound telephone inquiries in a professional manner regarding account billing, payments, and other related account specific issues in a high-paced call center environment. Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction and or identifying and escalating second level issues. Ability to handle more indepth or complex issues. Train new hires. Excellent verbal communication skills required. Excellent listening skills required. Other key competencies: · problem analysis · problem solving · adaptability · team work · stress tolerance Basic Qualifications: Required Skills: Proficient in relevant computer applications (one year experience) Knowledge of customer service and or call center principles and practices Knowledge of call center telephony and technology Call Center or Customer Service experience (6 months or more) Desired Skills: Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills highly sought This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
