Please see below for details: - Having remarkable achievement in a specific field, or having extraordinary potentials in a specific field; - Residing/working/studying in Kyoto or its surrounding area, and; - Aged between 20 and 29 at the time of nomination (in between the birthdays of 20yr-old and 30yr-old).
