Call me naive, call me uneducated, call me what ever you like, but when did the siege in Sydney actually become a terrorist attack? What happened in the US in 2001 was a terrorist attack, what happened in London with the bus bombing in 2005 was a terrorist attack and what happened the other day in Peshawar in the Pakistani school was a terrorist attack. Nothing like this happened in Sydney, just a mentally unfit person with a history of violence, radical claims and thoughts. I dont understand how the media (papers and TV news) are calling this what is was not. Yes he made people hold up an Islamic flag, but let me ask you this: If a Catholic man did the same, made loud overtones about Catholicism, made people hold up Catholic flags or signs, would this be classed as an act of terrorism? I think not... As I said, it was a mentally challenged individual who wanted attention to his self righteousness. Yes two people died, yes their families are hurting, but over 100 children, 100 CHILDREN were slaughtered in Pakistan overnight...
