Call me old-fashioned but The men who go to my church will not walk through a doorway ahead of a woman. They will not cross the parking lot if a woman is driving through but rather wave her on. I have Such appreciation for their beautiful manners. They are also heroic and would be the first people to jump in and help someone in need, and they do this in their daily lives. And they honor their family units with the utmost respect and unity, recognizing the irreplaceability of the nuclear family. In my opinion that is the way it should be and when it is, it is incomparably Wonderful. One man was standing in the rain so my car could drive ahead of him. But I made sure to wave him on and waited for him to get safely into his car. Love and grace: they go so beautifully together. I have been in other situations where I have seen men pushing and shoving ahead of women leaving them behind to follow In subjugation. What a difference Grace makes And you can only have that Grace when you truly have Christ.
