Called a customer service number yesterday and had to listen to the customer service agent chat with her coworkers for 10 minutes before she realized we were on the line. Kevin kept trying to get her attention. Finally, he said hope this is the call your supervisors listen too. They were chatting about some very HR inappropriate topics. When she got on the phone, she acted like we did something wrong because she didnt hear the phone ring. It was actually pretty funny. It was the one time I wish Id been asked to do the customer service survey after I hung up.
