This means that you work 7 days STRAIGHT living in, and then a second nanny does the next 7 days and you live out (family can provide live out space for perfect person). During your shift, you must have a 24/7 mentality - if a child needs you in the middle of the night, you are on duty. This is an incredibly dynamic position that requires someone who is on their A game all the time! Ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional NANNY experience in private homes, fantastic references, is extremely polished, humble, professional, and reliable, and exceptionally flexible - for example, if family travels, you may be needed for TWO straight weeks.
