Calling all Project Managers with Trade Show Experience! Tradeshow service provider ELITeXPO has a position available at our South Elgin, IL location! Job Description As the Project Manager you will be directly responsible for establishing scope of work, timelines, reviewing, processing and coordinating tradeshow product sales as well as related services. In addition, the PM will manage property storage and show services for those clients that participate in ELITeXPOs Digital Asset Management program, controlling vendor relationships and client alterations. This position requires constant prioritization of tasks and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements to successfully execute the Project Manager position: Great communication skills (verbal and written). Energetic, positive attitude and ability to juggle/respond/manage multiple deadlines under pressure. Flexible and able to work as part of a team. Extreme attention to detail and great organizational skills. Ability to work independently, plan and schedule time effectively, and maintain accurate records. Excellent computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks a plus. Familiarity with coordination of projects with multiple variables. Self-motivated and solution-oriented. Face to Face Marketing, Event and Advertising experience a plus. Project Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing Sales Orders Preparation, submission and management of all vendor orders Coordination and tracking of shipping for product order and show related shipments Coordinating and arranging exhibit services for clients who are participating at tradeshows or events Entering, updating and managing project data into our online asset management software Reviewing vendor invoices and investigating discrepancies vs. purchase order Interacting with storage clients regarding show schedule, requirements and details regarding their show service needs Occasional evening or weekend tracking or interaction with shippers, labor team or supervisor regarding client Installation and Dismantle related situations.
