Calling all broker/realtor friends - What is your opinion? Almost 2 weeks ago I submitted a full price offer on a property for a client. To date, I have not heard a peep. I have called about 15 times, emailed maybe 1/2 that and left messages for his assistant. The property is still active. My client is rightfully perturbed. What to do? File a complaint? How ridiculous. Is his business that strong that he feels he can ignore this one? Wonder what his client would think?
