Calories. They are sneaky little things. They add up so quickly and unless you are conscious of every single thing (and I mean everything!) you eat & drink, or you keep a great food journal, they can be difficult to keep track of. When I started losing weight, I had my eyes opened WIDE. How could such a small portion of X = THAT many calories? I had to really start looking at what I was consuming AND even still, how much I was eating. Yes, I switched lunches from something I could pick up quick somewhere (that likely involved a fryer and a dipping sauce, or something I popped in the microwave that was loaded with sodium) to things I had to prepare the night before, or to a salad I could go make myself somewhere. Once I got that down, I still had to work on the portion control. Its much easier said than done. If Id had something like 21 Day Fix to help me... it would have been less of a struggle! Color coded containers - specific foods go into certain containers & if it fits (it ships! haha) you can eat it! Plus theres workouts for each day of the week to target all areas of your body. This plus Shakeology is the total package wrapped up in a bow for ya. Thanks a lot Autumn. Where were you a couple years ago?! Friends & coaches on my team have spent 22 days with her and have experience really great results and more importantly, they have learned about proper nutrition (ie, caloric intake based on THEIR body + portion control). Quite the little package.
