Came across a rather worrying & suspiciously terrible possibility on the Highlands Dogblog Facebook page, which do have the Appeal Poster for Missing Guide Dog Tess, on their page (quite a way down). This comment (that I copied) was within the Health Warnings Post for dog owners that the public post to alert others about....may be nothing in it, but made me think...wondered if Police & Authorities were or still aware..here it is: Highland Dogblog Post from Lorraine Just out with dogs down ferry point in dingwall. very scruffy Irish man asked to buy Cookie for £300. Followed me for small bit asking just ignored him. Cookie took massive jump he said doesnt matter and walked away. Just be careful if you let your dogs off down there you never know.
