Came across another disappointing aspect to the way the city has set up the voting this election. We know that the city says we can vote online, in person and by telephone. However heres the flop. I get a call from a senior in my ward who wants to vote via telephone because of being mobility challenged. They dont have a computer so we suggest telephone. Unfortunately to vote via telephone you first must go online to get a pin number to be able to use this option. So low and behold they now cant vote by this option and must now go to a poll station. So very disappointing. Does any one know or can confirm if there is another way via telephone or is this another oversight on cities part. Comments please
