Came home early to take some picture for our home for the insurance company so they dont cancel my insurance. Standing in the snow bank to get the views they want. Looking at the house realizing its really becoming a dump!, depressing. Needs repairs on three windows, there is frost all around them. A sure sign they need to be replaced, Water leak has ruined the siding in the back and there is even a hole on it. It needs to be replaced. Old smoke stack holes need to be removed an closed up. Plumbing on my tub needs to be replaced an floor fixed from the leak. All the structures need new paint. One large porch need to be replaced previous owners didnt use treated wood and it rotting. My wood stove pipe has been leaking and needs tar applied. In Clarences day before he became disabled he did all that work now Ive tried to hire about 4 or 5 people now and they never show up! Im going to just have to become a handy women and start fixing all this stuff myself. Overwhelming!
