Campaign Update from Sunday: This week saw the Siege of Erengrad, with the defenders fighting in earnest to hold the walls long enough for the boats of refugees to escape. Unfortunately for the poor peasants within, the Forces of Destruction managed to overwhelm the defenders on 2/3 of the city walls (despite timely reinforcements by the Bretonnian forces). However the Tomb Kings, oblivious or uncaring to the slaughter going on around them, had decided to hold their wall, and hold they did. Successfully holding off both the forces of the Ogres and their Skaven employers. The net result from the siege was that a lot of the refugees were captured and brought into one form of slavery or another (whether enslaved by the Skaven, or raised by the Vampires to serve in their army). This week, Destruction will continue their offensive, extending their control over Empire lands and consolidating their claim before pushing further south towards the other races.
