Can I have a private post? Basically theres been this on going problem since Moved into a housing Association property, theres been chips in my bath since and they replaced the bath and when doing so chipped it again! Anyways my landlord wants the repair people to pay for it as its there responsibility, in the mess somehow its been turned around on me and now there trying to say its my fault! Had a call from my housing officer today saying that damage is breach on my tenancy agreement and he will have to investigate.. This might sound odd it what does that mean? Could I be kicked out coz of this??
