I will apply for OPT extension, which will give me time until Aug. 2016 to work. Questions: 1. I want to apply for H1B next year in April 2015. If my H1B gets approved then I have to go back to my country to get my H1B Visa stamped. If my Visa is denied, can I return back to US because I will still have my OPT extension valid or do I need to stay in my country and not be able to return to US? 2. When is appropriate time to apply for H1B? I dont want to waste my OPT, OPT Extension. Should I apply for H1B in 2015 or 2016? Thanks in advance!
