Can You Commit to 30 Consecutive Days of Yoga? Take the 30-Day Yoga Challenge November 1 - 30, 2014 What is a 30-day yoga challenge? A yoga challenge is a voluntary program set for a specific length of time. Students commit to practice at Better Bodies Yoga as many times as possible during the designated 30 days. The intention of a yoga challenge is to give you a structure for creating healthy habits alongside other students who are trying to do the same thing. Studies indicate that challenges help participants to stay committed to the challenge and to keep their new yoga habits long after the challenge is over from the camaraderie and motivation they form together. Can I make up missed days? You can take unlimited classes per day up through November 30, 2014. $120.00 per person for the entire challenge Can I use my regular class card for the challenge? Unfortunately no. To participate in the challenge, everyone is required to purchase the $120.00 challenge card. I currently have an active monthly card, will I lose part of it if I join the challenge? If you have an active class card on your account, at your verbal request prior to November 1, we will deactivate your current card through November 30, and reinstate your class card (including 30/40 cards) on December 1, after the challenge is completed. Two class cards may not be used at the same time. Are prizes awarded? Yes, all paid participants will receive a free challenge t-shirt at the start of the challenge! Throughout the duration of the challenge you will receive tips and inspiration to help you stay focused and on track. Participants will gather for a fun, free, and social evening of awards and prizes to celebrate completion of their challenge!
