Can a HAARP downburst blow a plane out of the sky? A hidden HAARP operation was done, off the coast of Oregon, to break up a low pressure, before it could bring rain to Oregon, and northern California. This HAARP operation was hidden, as much as possible, but was still easily visible, as this video proves. Five areas had man made, high pressure, air pressed down, which dried out the storms underneath, and stopped the overall rotation of the storm system. The HAARP operators were very careful to not create any clockwise rotation, which would be proof of a man made high pressure (falling air). However, the water vapor image showed most of the low pressure system had completely stopped its CCW rotation, by late afternoon. This proves a mystery force was used to break up the low pressure storm system. A possible reason for extending the California drought, into Oregon, might be the Chicago Mercantile Exchange weather futures contracts.
