Can any body explain Friends,an incident on 8th of this month is lucking in our mind to find the reason for our callous approach It so happened that on that day was Ramnavemi , and as usual we just campaign to impress to keep Suriya Putri clean , polythene free while Saak Verserjan, this time it was the 5th such action Due to unseasonal rains increase in volume of water, flow of water touched left bank too, near main Tawi ridge,so devotees in large number performed Veesarjan, on the last stair We were participating physically as usual to reguest devotees only Saakh be Vessarjaned, Sanghgarsh Samti volunteers collected polythene carry bags before going down through stairs to water point,doing a good job Our know volunteers ,were sent at that time to other sites It so happened that one of our volunteer, while collecting bag which a devotee threw despite request, strong current took bag down and chase to collect it, landed the chaser in first pier of the bridge , and whilpool sucked him-in, when failed to come out of his own he cried for help, and believe non came to rescues despite it was going before devotees large in number ,luck made him to hold pebbles in water, helping to afloat a rag picker came and it saved the life What our point is why it happened that none came forward to help, God bless us
