Can anyone explain why there is no emergency services phone located down at the Warren? #folkestone I had to run half a mile to get a signal & call 999 after a guy fell off the concrete walkway with a possible broken ankle. If someone had a serious head injury then they could be dead by the time the emergency services were contacted and got there. We told them that it would probably be quicker to get the coastguard to him but they sent a paramedic and an ambulance to meet me and Helen at the bowling green. Then they asked if we had a key for the padlock for the gate so that they could get nearer to the cliff but we couldnt tell them who had the key for it. Im also wondering when the bins are emptied along there as they were overflowing with rubbish strewn everywhere! Steve Folkestone Womble thats your manor down there, do you know why theres no emergency phone & when the bins are meant to be emptied?
