Can anyone help? I have a recipe for Honey Soy Lamb Chops (from the Womens Weekly Slow Cooker book). Towards the end if says to take out the lamb chops, mix some flour with melted butter and put it on high for about half an hour to thicken up the sauce. Except it never does!!!! Thicken up, I mean. Ive even tried corn flour instead and same result. I always end up putting the sauce on the stove with some more corn flour to thicken it up but it is such a pain to do that and it creates more dishes to clean up. Can anyone give me any tips to help thicken sauce in the slow cooker. Much appreciated!
