Can anyone seriously believe that the CIA or some other Western power provided military training to protesters, the end result of which is that they were carrying wooden shields, sticks and protected themselves with miscellaneous bits of sports equipment? Or that the soldiers who took control of Crimea were not Russian ones? Were they Indonesian? Or, as Russia suggests, they were not really soldiers at all but common citizens who had all gone out to army surplus shops, bought old Russian uniforms, and somehow acquired AK-47s and military vehicles with Russian plates? Laughing stock of Europe. Please, just stop already.
