Can not begin to express this day other than I was able to spend it with great family and friends. Being at the Capitol grounds to unveil the Texas Vietnam Monument was great. Listening to great speakers, being around so many great Heros. Watching a fantastic lady speak and tell all the young folks to carry on the importance of this monument knowing that deep inside she hurts not knowing the answers of what happened to her dad in Vietnam. There were tears, there was laughter and in the end a great WELCOME HOME was said to so many great men & women. Thank you all but especially to one very important Vietnam Hero to me. Claude Norman, Welcome Home and I love you so very much!
