Can not believe that these cops could be so insensative. You can tell his hands are crippled in the video.....and to laugh about it but worst of all they say they dont do that...Hello this is your video. They need to be removed from their uniforms and held accountable for the 2 broken ribs they gave this man. Make room for some Police officers that want to be hired will do their jobs right. i am glad that Murray County Officers have great repore with the people in their care.
