Can somebody explain? I awoke at 0200 not being able to breathe. I felt like someone had me by the throat. I tried to get out of the bedroom but apparently passed out in the doorway. I was awoken by my wife asking if I was alright. Still Im my mind I can not comprehend this. I have had nightmares in the past but nothing like this! This was real, my throat still hurts as I type. I went into the bathroom this morning to get ready for work and my neck was red? Needless to say I called out sick, and I cant get this out of my mind.... Any thoughts, I would appreciate them. My mind is totally scrambled right now...
