Can someone answer this question for me? Can we as a team of parents protecting our kids, equip classrooms with a jar of sun butter and a box of crackers? If the teachers are checking lunch boxes and if they toss PB for our kids safety, cant we organize some way to make sure there is a lunch there in the classroom that can be made quickly in order that the child not be charged with a school lunch or not eat? My children dont go to public school, but if they did, that would be a first thought about their classroom. If the teacher is making every effort, Id support her to support the other students. Parents make lunches and sometimes forget or choose over and over to ignore the caution. Is it fine to support a classroom in that way?
