Can someone please tell me why hospitals of all things have not grasped the concept of staff rotas that allow places to still function competently through a weekend....... It seems their policy is Dont get sick or die at a weekend, nobody will know what to do until Monday. Restaurants, pubs, shops, hairdressers, you name it, have all managed this, but a hospital, the only one that is actually a necessity is a shambles on a Sat and Sun where nobody is allowed/qualified to make a decision....until Monday. WTF!!! Rant over. Hope everyone has had a beautiful weekend and it goes without saying I hope nobody has had to spend any time in a hospital! Love to all x
