Can we take a moment to talk about Skins? This show is just… YES. Cassie has an eating disorder, we see how it permeates her entire life “Oh, Wow. I didn’t eat for three days so I could be lovely”. Maxxe is the best gay character I’ve seen, he’s not there just to be a token, he’s real and believable. We get to see how he deals with discrimination and hate even with his friends. This is easily the best show I’ve seen in a long time and I want you to drop everything and go watch it.
