Can yoga be considered strength training? Seeking opinions but no bun fights. I am spending more time recuperating from gym work than actually getting on with life. I am seeking less body-stressing avenues to keep fit, build muscle and bone density, and misplace some blubber. I do yoga once a week atm, walk the small dog most days, and toddler and baby wrangle a couple of times a week. Body is okay with all this. Add gym work, no matter how slow, careful and light, and hello there, fibromyalgia symptoms..
