Can you believe a FEMALE OFFICER of the National Cultural Commission (NCC) who was tasked to oversee the Festival (5th Melanesians Arts & Cultural Festival) Programme at Waigani (Constitutional Park) on Friday 11th July calling the Managalas Kuaifienamie Arts & Cultural Group that came down to Port Moresby at my NGOs own costs (ZERO from Oro Prov Govt & NCC) to take part in the Sub Regional Event in our Nations Capital with many overseas visitors and our Melanesians Brothers/Sisters and being called P R I M I T I V E S . Do we in PNG still have PRIMITIVES; Is this Female Officer a Papua New Guinea or a PNGan Educated in Australia or what ?? MI FAUL YAH ....Are the people in photos attached look like Primitives ? What was her Definition of Primitive and Did NCC briefed the Officers before the events or what? ..???? Iam considering my Options for my people of Managalas plateau in Afore of Oro Province ....
