Can you imagine what would have happened in the 80s if everyone who lived in Bolingbrook played for Bolingbrook High School in the 80s what would have happened? I predict at least 4 state titles in football and 2 in basketball. Ernest C. Crank, Lamont White, Barry Kelley Jr., Lloyd Kerr Jr. Christopher Wray could you imagine what that squad would have looked like with DJ Mildenberger, Joe Maddie, Anthony McClain, Xavier Newkirk, and the rest? I was in the BJ Ward site, we were discussing the boundaries, and that came to my mind. The IHSA was saved a dynasty greater than Mt. Carmel. Add Jeffrey B. Hammond, Frank Barnes, Duane Mandley, Shaun Vandiver....ummm. What was anybody going to do with that?
