Can you let go of the past because if you cannot it it will keep you bound there and like a bungee rope it will always pull you back. You have to cut ties to the past, to the pain, to the people who hurt you, to old mistakes, to a bad decision, to whatever and whoever made you feel how you do right now and say “OK I am done with that. It is time to move on and create the life I want for myself and this is how it is going to look” _____________________ Go and write it down. Literally write down what you want your life to look like, how you want to be, how you want to live as a person. Refuse to let the past hinder the future. It is a choice. It is your choice. The future is made up of your thoughts and your actions, you can choose better.
