:: Can you out-train a bad diet? :: If you look at an endurance athlete’s diet, you’ll see that they consume a huge amount of food and need to in order to sustain themselves for their given activity. They often choose a lot of pasta, maybe even pizza, energy/carb drinks, and certain foods you’d only expect to see a couch potato eating. Yet, they are lean mean machines. So what do you think? Can you out-train a bad diet? And more importantly... should you try?
