Can you relate to this experience, and provide any help for this follower? I have always had a problem with anxiety. But recently learned how badly it affects me. I also have depression. Two illnesses that are just hard for someone to understand if you havent gone through it. I recently had to resign a job because of it, I had a breakdown not too long ago. I have been recently in therapy and considering medication. I feel trapped like a bird who cant fly. Cant breathe. Or be normal in social situations. I also suffer an anxiety compulsive disorder such as Trichotillomania. I discovered this page in hopes of help and accountability. Its almost debilitating. Its a silent captor and sometimes feel alone. Id like to enjoy my life. Any advice, helpful points, stories, I want to hear it all. Thank you.
