Canadian Government. Im so pissed off with this government.I have been a loyal customer off the Winchester Arms in Orangeville for so many years .I brought my two sons into this place when they where young kids,I now proudly bring my SIX Grandkids into this place,I have attended Funerals in this place ,I have been in this place in between Weddings,I have celebrated my wifes 60th birthday in this place,i have met so many new & old friends in this place,It is one off the very few places left in Orangeville where you can take your loved ones for a night out & wont see any Trouble,but because the Canadian Government do an Audit on this place & decide that over the last three years the sale off food did not meet the government regulations,Bottem line you have to sell $35 food for every $10 beer.So this Audit determined that the Winchester Arms owes the Canadian government $197,000 because they never sold enough food verses the beer sales,so they want this money for food that was never sold.OK so somebody tell me does this mean if you go for a beer & that beer is $7.00.you cant get another beer until somebody buys $35.00 off food.People this is a Familie restaurant Tavern that has been in Orangeville for 20 years & never had a problem,Now the Government will close it down because off some stupid LAW that does not make any sence.Its time the people off our Country Stand up & tell our MPs & our MPPs That enough is enough,I havent even said how many people will be looking for another JOB because off this action from our Government.I would like to forward this to our Reps from the Ontario government & the Federal Government.(so much for helping Small Buisness)
