They are double shells and tied with twine . Old school recipe. So far so good. Getting a great response and business is going well so far. We also have other things on the menu all homemade. I am seeing what sells and what doesnt and after a little tweaking I will have a concrete menu. The stuffies are made with fresh local ingrediants. The chouruco is from Michaels . The bread from local bakeries. Quahogs are from top quality and not one drop of water is used in the recipe. Not one quahog is from a can . 100% fresh. If you miss the stuffies from the old days drop by and try one . You wont be disappointed!
