This company is generating crazy profits. In 2013, they projected to have their first ever $10 Million month by December - that didn’t happen - they met that expectation in June beating their estimates by 6 months. Now, their average sales are around $25 Million Dollars per month. That’s right - per month! Plexus is generous! The company pays out half of its profits to its ambassadors. As you probably know, there are six (6) different ways for you to be paid. In one afternoon session, I saw a video where 21 ambassadors won a $5,000 shopping spree to Bloomingdales. Math - 21 X $5,000 = $105,000.00 paid out to these winners. Also, in that session approximately 60 ambassadors won $2,000.00 from points they earned towards the Leader’s Retreat Contest. Math - 60 X $2,000.00 = $120,000.00. And they gave away 2 Ipads and an 80” Vizio TV. Total value of those prizes around $4,000.00. So, in the matter of an hour, I watched this company reward its ambassadors with over $225,000.00 worth of loot! Plexus has great leadership! In the session, I attended a board member came on stage to present the compensation plan. This poor guy had obviously never been in front of a large crowd and he literally froze up. What could have been an awkward moment turned into something beautiful when the CEO, Tarl, walked out on the stage put his arm around the guy and shepherded him through the entire presentation. Nothing I witnessed all weekend impressed me more than this. You can really tell the Executives value and care about their people, namely you as their ambassadors. They genuinely want people to succeed. I left the retreat thankful that Candace is working with good people. I already knew the products were great based on my own experience and the testimonies of so many others, but I wanted to peak behind the curtain to better know who’s driving this company. My conclusion is this company is being steered by highly skilled men of integrity and character who have a great vision.
