Cannabis is illegal, legal highs well legal. Ive talked personally with young homeless people effected terribly by the legal high industry. They have shared with me that they started using these legal highs over cannabis because they are cheaper, more readily available, legal compared to their counterpart, and because they believed in their safety. Ive even had some tell me they use it to escape from their woes, in their words to zombifiy themselves. Im not promoting the use of cannabis to young people, but the promotion of these synthetic chemical substitutes that have no long term studies sickens me and those who find themselves unable to regulate their usage. The Associate Health Minister Peter Dunne allows this to happen, while his son profits from the crumbling of these people. Another case of profit over people. He claims no conflict of interest, but an opinion doesnt change the fact there is a conflict of interest. How about letting sovereign people choose for themselves what they decide to put into their bodies. How about abolishing laws that criminalize the usage of this ancient sacred medicinal uniting healing plant. Peace
